McAllen ISD, which is home to the Regional Day School Program for the Deaf (RDSPD), held a round table meeting for students who are deaf or hard-of-hearing and adults in the deaf community in Feb. 2024. The adults shared their experiences and conveyed that, with determination, students can succeed in careers and the adult world.
