Dear Families,
My name is Veronica Gonzalez, I am beyond blessed and excited to be the school counselor at Andrew Jackson Elementary. I feel like I have the best job in the whole school! I love my students and I'm committed 100% to seeing them succeed.
A little about my background, I attended The University of Pan American and earned my degree in Education and minor in Bilingual Education. A few years later I earned my master’s degree in School Counseling.
I have a passion for counseling, I have a strong belief that if we find ways to truly understand students and discover ways to meet their needs, they are capable of reaching their full potential. I am committed to inspiring students, helping them use emotional intelligence, and teaching them about post-secondary education.
As the school guidance counselor, I will provide guidance lessons to all grade levels (Pre-K through 5th).
