Communication with counselors during non-school Achieve operational hours and weekends will be answered, to the best of the counselor's ability, on the next working business day.
Student Emergencies
If a student were to have a personal emergency, during non-school AECHS operation hours &/or weekends, were the student communicates this to the school counselor via any form of electronic or verbal communication, the counselor will contact the local Non-McAllen ISD police authorities of that student's city of residence to conduct a welfare check and local Non-McAllen ISD police authorities will determine the next & best course of action for the student's well being
